1. Service Description

Shree Banke Bihari Travels provides cab/taxi services including outstation, airport transfers, local taxi and pilgrimage tours from Noida, Delhi and NCR. Available 24/7 subject to vehicle availability.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings via phone or WhatsApp at +91 75429 51705.
• Confirmed only when you receive driver details from us.
• Provide accurate pickup/drop locations and travel date when booking.

3. Fares and Payments

• Fixed Fare: Fare quoted = fare you pay. No hidden charges.
• Toll & Tax: All tolls, parking and state taxes payable by customer.
• Night Charges: Trips during 11 PM to 5 AM may carry night allowance.
• Hill Charges: Mountain routes may carry additional driving charges.
• Payment: Cash or UPI paid to driver at trip end.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before: Free cancellation.
• 12-24 hours before: 25% cancellation fee.
• Within 6 hours: 50% of fare as compensation.
• No-show: 50% charged if customer unreachable for 30+ minutes.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• No smoking, alcohol or illegal substances inside vehicle.
• Passengers responsible for personal belongings.
• Passenger count must not exceed vehicle capacity.
• Damage caused by passengers may be charged.

6. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for delays due to traffic, weather or events beyond our control.
• Not responsible for missed flights or business losses due to delays.
• Maximum liability limited to fare paid for the specific trip.

7. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to courts in Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida), UP.
